our vision
The Town Centre First initiative recognises that every town is unique. It lays the foundation for each town to develop, at a local level, their own plan-led path forward. This is expressed through the tailored Town Centre First Plan for Clara which is underpinned by a clear diagnosis of local strengths and challenges. The Clara Town Centre First Plan will be driven by the local community and businesses as part of the Town Team who will be supported by Town Regeneration Officers and technical expertise within Offaly Co Council.
